I caught you caught
me
bird’s chirping in
the glimmering light of the fading day when the
impact of your appearance blows me out seeing you and quite not
able to hold tongue of a foreign distance on the playground where
you and I start to surrender the past in terms of a new beginning
time’s ruling in a
different way than I expected you to go away
and stay decades went by in giving the tree its huge coming out
through the sharp edges of societies barbed wire I long for you
and sometimes can’t believe your staying
hold on to yourself
my dear maybe the world is what it seems the
nature in its glory revealing the existence of something beyond
coming to the end in broken style of easter gift – reach for the
stars in your own colours (as) there’s always more than words
can say
